Noz Films
Noz Films is a production company dedicated to creating bold, character-driven stories across scripted drama, comedy, and romantic comedy.
With three short films currently in post-production and two more in development, we are building a strong foundation while actively expanding into feature films. Our mission is to tell stories that connect deeply with audiences, blending creativity with high production values.
Founded by Ana C. Albornoz, the company brings together strong industry expertise with a fresh international perspective.

Our Directors

Calvin Duffy
Originally educated in literature and history, Calvin turned to filmmaking during the Covid-19 pandemic. He’s made 11 short films to date, most recently “Out of Hours”, which reflects on the impact of the 1980 Denmark Place Fire through a magical-realist narrative, and “Wesley the Vampire” a mockumentary.
Other works include a music video for singer/songwriter Taliesin, which has been nominated for Best Music Video at Birmingham Film Festival, and a commission for Amersham Film School.

Inés Serrano de Haro Pérez
Inés Serrano, a former PA to Executive Producers, including Claire Mundell (The Tattooist of Auschwitz – Sky Studios), in 2025, took the leap into her directing career and wrote, produced, and directed her first short, ‘Young Wild Things’, a very personal story that shines light into toxic dynamics and the discomfort that queer people can face when coming out to their closest friends. The story is truly brought to life by the fantastic cast of Francesca Amewudah-Rivers (Romeo and Juliet alongside Tom Holland).
